Junior League of Peoria Style Show at Wildlife Prairie Park

The Junior League of Peoria is hosting a mother-daughter luncheon & Style Show entitled “Frolic with the Fairies” at Wildlife Prairie State Park on March 6th.
The Style Show and tea times will take place at 9:00 am, 12:30 pm, and 4:00 pm and include a feast fit for a fairy, featuring fairy dust cookies, fruit kabob caterpillars, chocolate covered bugs, fairy wands and snow queen punch. Immediately following lunch, there will be story-time session, and vendors will be selling “all things fairy.” Musician Julie K will perform at all three tea times, bringing an extra special magical touch to the event for the mothers and daughters.
Jennifer Merrell from Blissful Images will be on hand to photograph the event and packages will be available for purchase. Fabulous door prizes will be given away, including a Tea Party Birthday Party package at the Junior League’s historic Ballance-Herschel House.
This event is not to be missed! It’s a great way to celebrate the arrival of spring with your favorite little girl and support the fundraising efforts of the Junior League of Peoria. The Junior League of Peoria, Inc., established in 1936, is an organization of more than 450 active and sustaining members committed to promoting voluntarism and to improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. The League’s purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.
